The product I purchased is defective. What should I do?
You need to report to us within 24 hours upon receiving of goods. We will arrange for the faulty product to be picked up and examined by our experts who determine if the product is defective. If found defective by us, you will get the full refund in the same manner you paid for the purchase, or you could choose to exchange the same for a new one in which case we ship you the new item.
